Our bakery is the heartbeat of 1910 Food Market. Every sourdough loaf is started from our own culture. Every croissant is laminated by hand. We don't do frozen or pre-made — if it comes from our kitchen, it's made that morning.

That sourdough? It's been fermenting for 48 hours. The baguettes? Shaped while you wait. And on weekends, the pastries don't last until noon.
